Apparently, "LEE" is going from strength to strength back at the bat hospital and has made friends already.
Turkeys are out and about on the grass, scaring the steers and doing their normal routine of refusing to go in to bed once darkness falls .
Bought them some Xmas fairy lights to entice them back indoors at night .Think the irony is lost on them though? Bless!
Rocky has done his magic and is on R&R for the rest of the year, hanging out with the young steers and making eyes at the occasional young heifer through the hedge.
Lambs weaned and ewes having a rest from being lifted skywards by two hulking suckling heads.
New flock of laying hens has arrived SO......pullet eggs are here.
Spent hens/ boiling fowl/hard chicken or "Old girls" will be back on the menu soonish !
